Remember to bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and an eye pillow (scarf, or towel). You'll leave feeling rejuvenated, as this calming experience nurtures your nervous system and enhances sleep quality, guiding you on your well-being journey.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a class, go to your account online or call us. Please cancel 48 hours in advance. Cancellation between 48-24 hours before the class, you will be charged 50% of a class price. Cancellation within 24 houses, you will be charged 100% of a class price. Medical conditions and other emergency incidents can be no penalty. Feel free to contact us within 30 days after the class.
