− Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been received.

− Health Acknowledgement
Your health and well-being are your responsibility. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have any medical concerns.

If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have any health condition that may affect your practice, please inform your instructor before your session.

− Liability Waiver
By participating in any class, private session, workshop, retreat, or online offering provided by Studio Early Birds, you acknowledge that yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing involve inherent physical and mental risks.

You confirm that you are participating voluntarily, are responsible for your own health and well-being, and agree to practice within your own limits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Studio Early Birds and its instructors from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

− Personal Belongings
Studio Early Birds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

− Photography & Media
Occasionally, photographs or videos may be taken during classes, workshops, or retreats for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in any images or recordings, please let us know before the session, and we will gladly respect your wishes.

− Changes to Services
Studio Early Birds reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, locations, or services when necessary.

If Studio Early Birds cancels a session or event, participants will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.

− Intellectual Property
All website content, photographs, videos, logos, written materials, digital products, and other resources created by Studio Early Birds are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

− Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
