The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance - when day and night meet in equal measure.It is an invitation to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves as we move into a new season.Together, we will create space to honor what has grown, release what is complete, and open gently to what comes next.Lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to simply receive as the vibrations of Japanese Orin bowls, Tibetan and Nepalese singing bowls, and a planetary gong guide you into deep rest, stillness, and reflection.No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed.Simply come as you are.​​
